Alexa Davidson
Assistant Executive Director
Alexa is a strong advocate for change and has worked in numerous nonprofits throughout her professional career. Alexa is receiving her Masters in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and is dedicated to life-long learning and growth. Alexa joined the HA team in order to strengthen communities, be a part of creating systemic change, and to address some of the most pressing issues that our society is facing today. Alyssa Varner
Volunteer Administrative Assistant
Alyssa is a graduate of Humboldt State University who is dedicated to using her skills in research and office administration in order to help facilitate change. She has worked with a range of private and public organizations throughout her career, and is excited to work with Humankind Alliance to find solutions to the issues of this modern age. Erica Simo
Program Management Volunteer
Erika brings a combination of non-profit and corporate experience to Humankind Alliance. After earning her Master’s degrees in business and sociology, she has helped organizations increase their capabilities in numerous ways. She worked with non-profits to expand their worldwide reach and get connected to technology. She facilitated programs addressing topics such as entrepreneurship, civil society and women’s empowerment. Erika is looking forward to working with Humankind Alliance in support of HA’s endeavor to contribute to quality of life in our communities.
Sarah Deveau
Salesforce Project Manager
Sarah is a Freelance Salesforce Project Manager based out of Greenville South Carolina, with a bachelor’s degree in Business Operations and Project Management. She is a firm believer in making every moment count, and spends her time working with organizations that have the greatest potential for positive change. Reyna Joves
Social Media Marketing Volunteer
Reyna graduated from Dominican University of California in May 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Business, along with a double concentration in Marketing and International Business. Reyna has volunteered with a variety of nonprofit organizations and is working with Humankind Alliance to gain more experience in social media marketing for nonprofits. In the future, she hopes to have a career in the nonprofit sector as well as earn a master’s degree in Business Administration.
Melanie Aratani
Animator
Melanie is a motion graphics designer from Denver, CO. She has made animated videos for a variety of clients, ranging from broadcast television to patient education content. She found Humankind Alliance while looking to change it up a little and make a video for something she believes in. In such a divisive time in our country, it is important to spread the message of unity and acceptance, and working with Humankind Alliance on this project was a perfect way to do that.
