In addition to honoring our teachers, “Thankful Thursday” would like to honor our nurses for National Nurses Week (May 6-12). Our heroes wear scrubs and a face mask. As the nurses stand on the front lines against the COVID-19 pandemic, they put their own safety and health on the line everyday to protect all of us. To show our expression of gratitude, you may want to treat your nurse friends with a gift of appreciation such as a gift card, grocery delivery, or a pair of comfortable sneakers.
